Show Up as The Best Parent or Caregiver You Can Be

Do you ever feel like parenting and caregiving is harder than it needs to be? Maybe you’re a bit more reactive than necessary. Or, worse, you feel fearful that you’re doing it wrong and potentially messing up your kids? If you do, you’re not alone.

This workshop gives you mindful self-regulation skills you can use to strengthen your relationships with your children and help them build healthy brains. It will also teach you how to access a state of calm so you can intentionally respond to your kids, rather than reacting to them using less than desirable parenting behaviors.

When you can meet your child’s chaos and meltdowns from that place of calm, the result is a household that feels more cooperative and connected. This in person training will bring you together with other Roaring Fork Valley parents (with kids ages 2-12) and show you how to foster a positive environment for you and your children to grow in.

This In Person Workshop Will Allow You To…

  • Connect with a safe and non-judgemental community of local parents and caregivers.

  • Normalize the challenging experiences that come along with raising children.

  • Explore the role mindful practices and self-care play in your life.

  • Cultivate the ability to self-regulate and then co-regulate with your kids on-demand.

  • Learn the skill of responding instead of reacting to everyone in your life.

  • Connect with your kids in a way that helps them feel safe, seen, soothed, and secure.

  • Show up as the adult everyone needs when emotions are high.
