Included in this section are new lessons that support the preceding ones. Now that children have practiced the exercises in the first four parts, they are ready for some diversity of experience, and some more sophisticated, but still simple, concepts. For example, Bold Bunny is about being active and aware in the face of challenge. Grateful Goat is a way to introduce the idea of gratitude, being thankful for what you have in your life. Still Frog and Bobbing Otters are short meditations for young children to help them begin to extend the period of time they pay attention. The other lessons are extensions of focusing and calming practices. All come with coloring pages, a favorite with children, and that again extend the period of focusing and calming.
